Description
I just love simple, quick and affordable meals. Well, who doesn't like to be troublesome and besides, is it good? ;) Today for lunch I cooked the fillets of pangasius in an unusual "coat". Products are the most common, but it turns out really tasty. At least, I liked it, I hope that you, dear cooks, enjoy my recipe! Come to watch ;)

Cooking
Everything you need for cooking. As always, I forgot to add something, namely, a boiled yolk :)
First you need to peel onions and garlic; mushrooms wash and remove the top skin. All of the ingredients cut into cubes maaalenkoe. It is best to take the bigger bowl (not like me), then it is easier to mix.
Egg yolk to grate/grind with the fingers; parsley wash, dry and finely chop (I didn't have fresh parsley, I took the frozen and already chopped); pour the breadcrumbs and add the softened butter. If you, like me, you forget to put the butter out of the fridge in advance, it can advise: preheat the oven to 50-60 degrees off, and put the oil there for just a minute or two.
Mix it all together. It turns out that's a lot. Yeah, kind of, not really, but let us not judge before the time :) I Almost forgot to write: you can optionally add salt (maybe pepper), because probably not everyone will like unsalted mushrooms.
Fish fillet dry with paper towels and put into a form/on a baking sheet (I always make the surface of the baking paper), season with salt and pepper to taste.
Put the cooked mixture on the fillet, evenly. Put in preheated to 200*C oven (mode "top-bottom") for 15 minutes, then raise up to the crust flushed (a good idea if the mode "grill") and bake for another 5 minutes (sometimes better looked below the crust of the ruddy turned into burnt).
That's all:) I Have crust've been amazing, nothing will not slip and not fall apart. But next time I would have held upstairs longer, so the crust was more crispy. By the way, I still like it that the fish is not deflates when baking, as I have usually loves to do :)
