Spring citrus salad
Fresh, juicy and tasty salad with sweet and sour sauce. Ideal for fasting, low calorie, healthy! But its striking look and taste great - perfectly cheer you up!

Ingredients

  • Grapefruit

    0.5 piece

  • Avocado

    0.5 piece

  • Tofu

    30 g

  • Arugula

  • Lettuce

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Honey

    1 tsp

Cooking

Grapefruit milling and cut into cubes. The juice that will drain carefully collected.

Avocado clean, remove the seeds and cut into cubes.

Tofu cut into small cubes.

To prepare the salad dressing: Grapefruit juice drain into a bowl, add Kikkoman soy sauce, olive oil and honey. Mix well.

On a plate put the lettuce and arugula.

Mix the grapefruit with avocado and tofu, then put on lettuce leaves and fill with sauce. I decorated the salad with crocuses, so spring was on the table!
