Warm salad with pork ribs, vegetables and beans with mayonnaise on the quail egg. Fragrant and hearty warm salad of crispy and tender meat with a slight taste of pickles and olives!

Cooking

A thin rib of a young pig cook in boiling water 10 minutes; Two ribs left whole, with the rest to remove the meat and cut into thin strips;

In a hot pan with oil, slightly fry the chopped garlic, put the meat and ribs and fry for 1-2 minutes;

Beets, carrots, celery cut into strips (not chopped), kidney beans drain in a sieve, drain off all juice and add to vegetables;

Cut 2/3 of the meat add the vegetables, mayonnaise, black pepper as needed salt - mix everything carefully;

Put the salad in a salad bowl, add sliced lengthwise cucumbers;

Spread the remaining shredded meat;
