Bread "Braided sun" with oat bran TM "Mistral", I made sweet for morning tea or coffee. But you can also cook a savoury option. It turns out soft, delicious cakes.

For making bread I took oat bran TM "Mistral".

In a bowl, mix warm milk, yeast, salt, sugar, egg and pour in vegetable oil.

Add oat bran TM "Mistral" to the mixture of milk, yeast, eggs, salt, sugar and vegetable oil, mix well.

Pour parts of the sifted flour, kneading the soft elastic dough.

Put the dough in a bowl, cover with cling film, put in a warm place for 1 hour.

Now divide the dough into two parts (if convenient for you to roll out one large reservoir, the dough can not share).

Cut the dough into strips and one to weave braids: two strips just to twist together.
