For making bread I took oat bran TM "Mistral".
In a bowl, mix warm milk, yeast, salt, sugar, egg and pour in vegetable oil.
Add oat bran TM "Mistral" to the mixture of milk, yeast, eggs, salt, sugar and vegetable oil, mix well.
Pour parts of the sifted flour, kneading the soft elastic dough.
Put the dough in a bowl, cover with cling film, put in a warm place for 1 hour.
The dough is well approached.
Now divide the dough into two parts (if convenient for you to roll out one large reservoir, the dough can not share).
And every part of the dough velvety in thin seams.
Cut the dough into strips and one to weave braids: two strips just to twist together.
On a baking tray put a sheet of parchment. To make smooth circles, you must draw them with a pencil sketch on the reverse side of the parchment. Grease the parchment lightly with vegetable oil. From braids to form two circles: one more external and the other smaller – internal.
Small test strips to use to fill the inner space angel: put them in the shape of eights.
Make another circle of braids – this is the external line of the "sun". Cover the bread with foil, place in a warm place and let it increase in volume.
The bread was toasted, it is necessary to lubricate the yolk. Beat the yolk with a fork and brush the top of bread. Bake the bread at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
