Florentine cookies
I'm very interested in this recipe for cookies with almost no flour. The site has two recipes Florentine cookies, but they are more complex and the ingredients are there others. Honestly, really doubt the result. In vain! Dense, but fragile, sweet cookies with a rich flavor of pine nuts and roasted pumpkin seeds. Pieces of dried cherries lend a barely noticeable but pleasant sourness.

Cooking

step-0
To turn on the oven and set to 180*C. place the Butter in a saucepan and put on fire. Bring to a boil. Add sugar and heat until large bubbles, stir and remove from heat.
step-1
Raisins and cherries a good rinse in several waters. Drain in a sieve. Put in a bowl and pour a tablespoon of brandy or rum.
step-2
In a bowl, combine a large handful of pine nuts and pumpkin seeds.
step-3
Pour into a saucepan with the butter and sugar milk. I used low-fat milk.
step-4
Pour nuts and seeds. With cherries and raisins to pour the remaining brandy preporuciti berries tablespoon of flour, stir, add together with two tablespoons (heaped) of flour into a saucepan with the test. Knead well.
step-5
You can lay a baking sheet baking paper, but I did come across some low-quality paper, everything sticks to it tightly. I just rubbed the sheet with cold butter. Put a tablespoon of a handful of of the test, correct finger shape.
step-6
Put sheet in preheated oven for 15 minutes. Sure that the cookies are burnt on the bottom. For more than 15 minutes to bake not worth it. Do not remove the cookies, cool it on the baking sheet, at least until it's warm. I got 12 biscuits. If you need more, increase the application 2 times.
