"Extravagant" salad. Strawberries and zucchini? Strawberry and cucumber? Isn't that an unusual combination? But when it stopped me? :) Don't rush to judge, the taste is very pleasant and harmonious.

150 ml

Zucchini, cucumber, Apple wash, dry. From cucumbers to cut off the ends. Clean. Cut cucumbers into thin circles, each circle cut into 4 pieces.
Similarly, slice the zucchini.
Strawberries wash, remove the tails. 8 berries cut into slices or plates (carefully so the berries don't get crushed).
Apples cut into quarters, remove core, cut into thin slices.
The remaining strawberries cut into cubes, combine with sour cream, mix well. You can beat the blender.
Mix all ingredients, season. Decorate as desired. Bon appetit! There are bold? ;)
