Cooking
I must admit, a set of products is not small.

From stuffing to form balls 4-5 cm in diameter and roll in flour.

For the sauce fry chopped onion in butter until soft.
Add jam and heat until then, until it becomes liquid.
Then pour the wine, add raisins, dried apricots, clove Bud, nutmeg, lemon juice, Bay leaf and rosemary. Mix everything and bring to boil.
To shift into the boiling sauce and the meatballs and simmer 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
