Pancake with cocoa

Description

While there is a Carnival to share with you another delicious option pancakes with cocoa. The pancakes are soft and very fragrant. Prepare very simple!

Ingredients

Milk

Chicken egg

Cocoa powder

3 Tbsp
Vanilla

Flour

160 g
Leavening agent

2 tsp
Salt

1 pinch
Sugar

Butter

Cooking

Mix the dry ingredients: cocoa, flour, baking powder and vanilla.

Separately in a bowl, whisk eggs with sugar and salt, add half the milk at room temperature.

Parts pour the dry ingredients, stirring with a spoon.

Melt the butter, add the remaining milk, so the oil will cool down faster. Carefully add the mixture to the batter and mix. We had a "flowing" dough.

The pan well to heat. Baking pancakes the pan does not need to be lubricated. In the centre, pour 3 tablespoons of dough. The entire surface is covered with holes. Flip pancake to other side and bake until tender.
