Empanadas
Empanadas for this recipe is very like my home. Sami pancakes turn out very tender with a wonderful creamy taste and aroma. The main problem in preparing them becomes a struggle with herself: very difficult not to eat them in the cooking process. Invite!

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Butter

    4 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Flour

    2.5 cup

  • Minced meat

    600 g

  • Figure

    2 pack

  • Bay leaf

    2 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Black pepper

    0.5 tsp

Cooking

Boil the rice in salted water with 2 Bay leaves. To get the bags from the water and leave to cool.

In a saucepan, mix 0.5 liters of milk, eggs, flour, sugar and salt. Beat well.

Add the remaining milk. Again beat well. Continuing to whisk, pour in the melted butter and vegetable oil.

Before baking the first pancake hot pan slightly grease with vegetable oil.

Minced meat fry in a small amount of vegetable oil. Season with salt and pepper.
