Lamb in sweet and sour sauce
The recipe I borrowed a Chinese restaurant. Guessed and I think the composition itself, I tried to cook and turned out almost the same taste. The difference is that in the restaurant this dish is served in a cast iron pan in "Scorcese" form. Lamb is very soft and fragrant, and the time for making the minimum spend.
