Soup-puree with celery root and Apple
Velvety, warming soup for fans of celeriac. A healthy and simple dish will allow You to enjoy this root vegetable in a new combination.

Ingredients

  • Celery root

    300 g

  • Potatoes

    2 piece

  • Apple

    2 piece

  • Broth

    1 l

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Turmeric

300 grams of celery cleaned and cut into small cubes.

Also to do with potatoes (2pcs.), apples (2 pieces) and onion (1 piece).

All vegetables and combine in a saucepan, pour 1 liter of homemade chicken broth, add a pinch of turmeric for color, bring to boil and cook under lid for 30-35 minutes until tender. At the end add salt and pepper to taste.

Then the soup to blend. If it turned out thick, add a little more broth. Remove the sample and if necessary add 1-2 tbsp of lemon juice. If You have sour apples, lemon juice may be unnecessary.
