Salad of couscous with orange and almonds
Vitamin salad, very fresh taste! Cooked very quickly and simply. And during lent even very helpful.

Ingredients

  • Apple juice

    250 ml

  • Couscous

    175 g

  • Pepper

  • Parsley

  • Mint

  • Black currants

  • Orange

  • Red onion

  • Almonds

    25 g

  • Orange

  • Lime

    1 piece

  • Olive oil

  • Honey

    1 tsp

Take Apple juice and couscous. And begin to prepare the salad. Let's start with the fact that Apple juice pour into a saucepan and bring it to a boil. Slowly add, stirring the couscous. Remove the pan from the heat, close the pan with a lid and leave for 10 min.

Now prepare the filling. To do this, put all ingredients in a small sauce pan and gently heat to dissolve

Parsley and mint rinse with cold water, dry and chop.

Pepper I took colored. For the salad we will need 1/2 of the peppers, finely chop into cubes. The remaining peppers will go on clearance or flow.
