Cooking
First I soaked gelatin and leave for 20 minutes.
Mixed the sour cream, yoghurt, 50g icing sugar, vanilla sugar and lime juice.
In dissolved and slightly cooled gelatin I added 2 tbsp sour cream mass
and then put the rest of the mass. And sent in the fridge for 10 min.
Proteins were plumped with 2 tablespoons powdered sugar until peaks. The cream needs to be whipped too. Got generovane ready sour cream ground and first connected with whipped cream, and then with protein. Ready weight I put in the fridge for 3 hours.
The strawberries I triturated in a blender.
The balls of the mousse I posted on strawberry sauce. We can take any frozen fruit. On top I poured cherry sauce and sprinkled with chocolate for a cappuccino.
