Bread with lard
I love bacon, especially with meat stripes, and the best strip!!! Another fantasy with bacon!!! Good crisp and incredibly airy but luscious crumb!!! Describe in words not real!!! You need to try!!! Help yourself!!!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    550 g

  • Rye flour

    100 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Serum

    300 ml

  • Fat

    190 g

  • Saffron

    1 tsp

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    1 slice

  • Olive oil

    50 ml

  • Brown sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 Tbsp

  • Yeast

    1 pack

Cut the bacon in small dice. In the photo the fat with the garlic, but I just wanted to show the size of the pieces. The garlic bread was not added!

Finely chop the onion. Little and cut a small piece of red hot pepper. The bread will have a distinctively spicy taste, and will become barely noticeable slight kick.

Download ingredients in x/p according to the instructions. I was not very salty bacon, and I added salt. After kneading turns a cute kolobochek. I baked it on basic baking mode. Wait...

The bread is ready!!! Spread on a Board, cover with a towel and allow to cool!!! Last I failed!!! Bread ate most of it still warm!!!
