Cooking
You can use veal, well, I had chicken. Chicken fillet them through a meat grinder together with slices of bread, soaked in milk (milk should remain). Stir. Add the remaining milk, stir, should get a liquid slurry.

The pudding has cooled slightly, move away from walls and you can more easily flip it on a plate. Turn over and decorate with greens.
Meat pudding is best served with mashed potatoes.
