Cooking
Begin by melting the margarine, let cool down. Then whisk eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar, gradually add salt and margarine.
Flour screened with baking powder and gradually introduced into the egg mixture (to avoid lumps), continue whisking. If dough seems a bit tough, add a few tablespoons of milk.
Spread the dough in a detachable form, and put in oven with predvaritelnyy heating. Bake 30 minutes on medium heat.
Get ready cake from the mold, cooled, cut into 2 parts.
Meanwhile, prepare the cream: beat chilled cream with the thickener in accordance with the instructions, add the powdered sugar. By the way, the number does not matter, adjust to taste. One half of the cake grease with the cream (to get soaked), put chopped fruit, and again spread the cream.
Cover with second half and daubed with cream from all sides. Refrigerate (preferably overnight).
Take out the cake from the refrigerator and start decorating.
Make a stencil of a heart, neatly spread on the cake.
Chilled (frozen is even better, but my fingers quickly froze :)) chocolate grate on a fine grater, sprinkle the cake, carefully remove the stencil. I was left with a little cream, decided to decorate the edges of the heart.
