Airy mousse of rye flour
Traditional Estonian dessert dishes. Easy and not high in calories.

Ingredients

  • Rye flour

    1 cup

  • Apple juice

    1 cup

  • Water

    1 l

  • Sugar

    5 Tbsp

  • Milk

    1 l

  • Chocolate milk

    3 Tbsp
