Squash pancakes with cheese and ginger
Delicate pancakes with a pumpkin flavor, stringy cheese texture and ginger flavor - get it!

Ingredients

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Milk

    3 cup

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

  • Vegetable oil

    50 ml

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Ginger

    1 Tbsp

  • Greens

  • Butter

Beat eggs with salt and sugar. Pour the warm milk and carefully stir with a whisk or with a mixer. Sift the flour and add to the batter. Stir with a fork, then whip with a mixer. Add to the oil. Stir.

Add to the dough zucchini, grated on a fine grater (squeeze out juice), ginger (skip 2 times through a meat grinder),

cheese (to grate on a fine grater) and chopped parsley.
