Muffins with corn, bacon and sweet peppers
Delicious cupcakes... for Breakfast and for a lunch snack and a light dinner!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    100 g

  • Rye flour

    40 g

  • Sour cream

    100 ml

  • Yogurt

    50 ml

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Bacon

    60 g

  • Corn

    65 g

  • Pepper

    50 g

Cooking

For the filling: cheese to grate on a coarse grater, bacon, and pepper cut into not large cubes.

Eggs slightly vzbit with sugar and salt. Add yogurt and sour cream. Stir until smooth. Pour in vegetable oil. Mix well again!

Sift flour with baking powder. And 2-3 hours to mix with the liquid mass! I took 100 of wheat flour and 40 rye, but can be done in half! The consistency-thick cream! Out of necessity, you can still add flour!

Add to the dough:bacon, cheese, peppers. Mix well.

And corn.

Put the dough in molds. And send in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
