  • Rye flour

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sour cream

    50 g

  • Sugar

    50 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Cinnamon

    0.25 tsp

  • Ginger

    0.25 tsp

  • Black pepper

    0.25 tsp

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 tsp

Mix rye flour, sugar and baking powder.

Beat eggs with a whisk for 1-2 minutes. Add sour cream, mix well.

To the egg-sour cream mixture in small portions add the dry ingredients, stirring constantly. At the end stir in spices (cinnamon, ginger, pepper) and vanilla sugar.

The batter should be quite thick. Pour the batter over the cups, filling them no more than 2/3.

Cook in microwave at 1000 watts for 2 minutes. On request you can bake in the oven for 25 minutes at 180 degrees. Ready to test a torch. To give the cupcakes to cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
