Cake leavened
I wanted to try to bake a cake leavened ( practice before the following Easter). As a result, I get air miles from anywhere+ bonus= buns with cheese...

Ingredients

  • Vanilla sugar

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Butter

    80 g

  • Milk

    100 ml

  • Flour

    3 cup

  • Sourdough

    13.5 Tbsp

  • Raisins

  • Vegetable oil

  • Glaze

  • Topping pastry

Cooking

To start, combine eggs, sugar, salt and vanilla sugar.

Stir or whisk, add the melted butter and milk.

In a separate bowl sift flour, pour half of the egg-oil mixture.

All mix and add the remaining half of the egg-oil mixture.

Stir the mixture with a spoon until smooth. Cover with a light damp towel for 1 hour at room temperature. You can then add the steamed raisins ( but I have not, all left to ferment...)

Then take a bowl, grease it with vegetable oil, spread the dough and the dough top is also greased with vegetable oil. Close the light with a damp towel for 3 hours.

Every hour punch down the dough. Here you can see how it's bubbling up.

I have the dough rose almost to the brim ( after 2 hours).

So I'm placing it in a pan of larger size, which is also greased with vegetable oil and shut down easy with a damp towel ( I have a solitaire x/b). And a further 1 hour.

As I raskladyvaem the dough forms, alas, I didn't photograph. Urgently needed to run away... But I so will tell. Forms, and any silicone is also liberally lubricated with vegetable oil. Put the dough into 1/3 of the volume, or later during baking it will run away, proven... For rolls, I made a small cake in the middle of lecturing the filling ( cheese+eggs+sugar= whip) and spread to form a seam up. Approach ( i.e., proofing) for 1-2 hours, under a light damp towel.
