Baskets with cherries and marshmallows
Quick to prepare tarts-pastries of shortbread dough that does not require the preparation of sourdough and long proofing. The filler cherry, chocolate and marshmallows

Ingredients

  • Yeast

    1 tsp

  • Flour

    145 g

  • Butter

    45 g

  • Salt

  • Sugar

    2 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sour cream

    35 g

  • Cherry

    150 g

  • Dark chocolate

    6 piece

  • Marshmallows

    18 piece

Cooking

In a bowl sift flour, add sugar, salt, dry yeast TM"SAF-time"and mix well

Add grated on a coarse grater chilled butter and mash with your hands into crumbs

Add the egg, sour cream

Knead a smooth dough not stick to hands

To raspredelit the dough in molds

Put inside of each 5 pieces of cherry (I have pre-thawed and dried of excess liquid)

Put on top of a piece of chocolate

Cover with 3 pieces of marshmallow

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 -25 minutes (focus on your oven)until dry matches. Ready baskets to cool slightly and gently release from molds. Very delicious warm or chilled
