Peppers stuffed with
Delicious, juicy, hearty peppers. This recipe was improvised by myself. Before the recipes was fresh peppers, then dry. And that I really liked and my family left full and happy. Try it, you will not regret!!!

Ingredients

  • Pepper

    7 piece

  • Pork

    1 kg

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Tomato paste

    4 Tbsp

Skip the pork through a meat grinder, make the stuffing.

Passeruem onions. Arrange the onion on a frying pan and add a little water, when the water boils away, add the vegetable oil. Bring the onion until slightly Golden brown.

Add 1 tablespoon of tomato paste, stir fry for one minute.

Add the minced meat. All mix, add salt and pepper to taste. Fry until cooked minced meat.

While we are preparing the stuffing, prepare the peppers. Wash and extract the stem.

When the beef is ready, add boiled rice. Mix everything.

Stuff our peppers.

Then put the peppers in a baking pan.

Prepare the sauce (the filling for the peppers). 2 cups of boiled water, 3 tbsp. tablespoons of tomato paste, 2 tooth. press out garlic, salt, black pepper, dried dill - to taste. All mix well.

Fill the peppers with the sauce.

Put in a preheated 180 degree oven (electric oven). Then make the temperature 170-160 and prepares it for 40-45 min.
