Plum cake with grapes
One can say that this aromatic cake can be make with different fruits.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

  • Potato starch

    50 g

  • Cocoa powder

    1 Tbsp

  • Grapes

    300 g

  • Cream

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Thickener for cream

    1 pack

  • Gelatin

    10 g

  • Drain

  • Almonds

Cooking

Separate the whites from the yolks. Beat egg whites with 50 g sugar in meringue.
