Mint cake with persimmons
Delicate mint pie with persimmon I want to dedicate my SIS Natasha (Natalia Ok). Baking is delicious, moist and flavorful!

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Yogurt

    200 ml

  • Brown sugar

    200 g

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Flour

    300 g

  • Persimmon

    2 piece

  • Mint

    1 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Powdered sugar

Cooking

In a saucepan break the eggs. Put softened butter and

Pour kefir

and beat with a mixer.

Sift flour, mix with baking powder and pour in the batter. Stir until smooth.

Add the mint.

Persimmon wash, cut into cubes and

put in the dough.

And stir everything well.

Put the dough in the form (if you want to grease with butter) and bake in preheated oven to 180 C for 30-45 minutes.

To get, cool slightly and decorate with icing sugar.
