Spanakopita
Here came the second crop of spinach. I offer one of my favorite, homemade pies. Fast, simple and very tasty!

Ingredients

  • Puff pastry

    700 g

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Green onions

    1 coup

  • Dill

    1 coup

  • Spinach

    1 kg

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Cheese

    0.5 cup

  • Feta

    1 cup

  • Butter

    3 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

    0.25 tsp

Cooking

Onion, dill, and spinach wash well and cut

Crush the garlic and finely chop

Onions finely chop. Saute the garlic in butter until soft with two types of bows

Add the spinach and dill, simmer for 2 minutes

In a bowl mix cheese and cottage cheese, add eggs, pepper and stir.

Mix cottage cheese and spinach mixture

Puff pastry, divide into 2 parts and roll out thinly

Single layer, lay in a baking dish greased with butter. Then evenly put the filling, wrap the edges of the dough. Cover with the remaining layer of dough, tuck the excess inside the shape, brush with melted butter.

Bake in a preheated 180*C oven for 40 minutes until Golden brown. Bon appetit!!!
