Ingredients

  • Chicken

  • Cabbage

    0.25 kg

  • Soy sauce

    2.5 Tbsp

  • Water

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Garlic

  • Phyllo dough

The chicken is cut into thin plates. Prepare the marinade: 2st.l water + 1,5 tbsp soy sauce + 1 tsp sugar (I prefer brown) + 2 tsp starch. In the marinade to soak the meat for 20 minutes. Julienne cut cabbage, for my taste it could be more than 250 grams.

Chop the garlic and fry in vegetable oil until zolotisty.

Add the marinated meat, fry until browned, just a couple of minutes. In a well heated pan it goes very fast. Because the marinade is starch, it must be carefully stirred, so that the chicken does not stick together.

Add the cabbage, a tablespoon of soy sauce, stir.

Add shrimp, stir fry for just a minute (then in the cabbage will remain the crunchiness) and the pan set aside.

Phyllo dough, its even on Russian websites called stretch dough, the dough is sooooo thin air, pack 11-12 leaves, 450 g is enough large leaves. I only used half of it. Still recommend the dough cover with a damp towel, but I it was a pile and I'm right on it, rolls folded, towel was not needed, all very quickly. The area of the dough put the filling (about 1.5 tablespoons) and wrap as a pancake (like stuffed cabbage).

Fry in vegetable oil on both sides over medium heat.
