Vegetables with minced meat, braised and baked in the oven.

Ingredients

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • Eggplant

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Potatoes

    4 piece

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Minced meat

    200 g

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Parsley

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Spices

    0.5 tsp

Cooking

1. Potatoes, eggplant, tomatoes, zucchini, cut into large cubes.

2. In butter on slow fire fry the beef 3 minutes, in the process stir and mash the lumps of meat. Add potatoes, stir fry for 5 min. (try the potatoes with a fork or skewer, it should be almost done, i.e. soft but not fall apart).

3. Add eggplant and zucchini, stir, cover and simmer 3 min.

4. Add the tomatoes, stir, cover, simmer 3 min.

5. Add chopped herbs and a little chopped garlic, spices, salt, pepper to taste, stir, cover, simmer 3 min. 6. Form grease with butter, spread it gently all the mixture, sprinkle top with grated on a coarse grater cheese.

7. Sent in a preheated 180 degree oven and bake until cheese is Browning, I have 40 minutes. Bon appetit!
