Powdered sugar

Cooking
In a saucepan boil water with butter and salt. To remove the heat to minimum.
Add the flour, stirring carefully, boil the dough for 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Cool.
Add to the batter, one by one all the eggs. It's easiest with a mixer at medium speed. Put the dough in a pastry bag. To transplant on parchment a small ring.
Bake at 190 degrees for 20 - 25 minutes. During baking in no case do not open the oven. Cool on a wire rack. Melt the milk chocolate and put the chocolate strip. Immediately, while hot chocolate, decorate cookies snowflakes from TM". Otker".
Mix the vanilla sugar and powdered sugar.
Sprinkle this mixture cookies.
