Dutch Apple pie
I've never been to Holland, but found this recipe in a cookbook. The dish is simple to prepare, but delicious. Perfect for a tea party with friends or family, and the smell of cinnamon and apples create a pleasant spicy aroma and an atmosphere of warmth and coziness.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    120 g

  • Sugar

  • Chicken egg

  • Butter

  • Leavening agent

  • Walnuts

    20 g

  • Apple

  • Cinnamon

  • Milk

    50 g

In a bowl, mix flour, 2 tablespoons sugar and baking powder

The dough was not very luxuriant, but rosy bottom. Don't be alarmed when baked, the butter will start to melt, this is normal. Cooked this pie twice, and the result is different, but I think this version is closer to the truth)) the apples get soft and the top was a caramel frosting.
