Cooking

step-0
Dough: combine milk with oil, sprinkle with salt, put on fire and bring to a boil. Add flour and, stirring constantly, proverjaem to the disappearance of the moisture. Remove from heat, let cool.
step-1
Filling: fry onion in vegetable oil until Golden brown, add the mince and fry for 4-5 minutes, add pepper, salt. Put the remaining ingredients (eggs, raisins, olives, parsley) and a little fry.
step-2
Here is the finished, cooled stuffing...
step-3
Divide the dough into 16 balls, about 50 grams and replusive flat you can roll 1 large bun netolko and cut out the circles, but I was comfortable doing everything by hand because the dough is very soft and crumbly it turns out. Put on the palm and in the middle of the tortillas spread the stuffing.
step-4
Join the edges and lightly press on top to the cake was like a coin...
step-5
Dip them first in the lightly beaten eggs and then in breadcrumbs.
step-6
Fry in deep fat.
step-7
Allow to cool, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon mixture, I found it unnecessary, so we don't have to do so. And you, if you wish, as a true brazilianca, can sprinkle. By the way, they eat them cold but I like cold and warm!
step-8
And here is our pie in the cut... Very soft and delicious!
