Cookies without flour,
I love baking, which is not a calorie and sugar bomb, but the taste can compete with the classic desserts. Carrot-oatmeal cookies just out of this category. I highly recommend bake and try!

Ingredients

  • Oat flakes

    250 g

  • Carrots

    250 g

  • Leavening agent

    5 g

  • Jam

    40 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Honey

    1 Tbsp

  • Water

    30 ml

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 tsp

  • Cinnamon

    1 pinch

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Carrots wash, peel, grate on a fine grater.

Combine carrots with cereal (which can be pre-ground in a coffee grinder, so I did, and part of the left unground cereals), baking powder, stir.

Eggs, jam, water, honey, vanilla sugar and cinnamon combine and beat with a mixer until the foam.

Combine both mixtures, mix well. Leave for half an hour at room temperature.

From the dough shape small cookies and spread on a baking sheet, covered with an oiled parchment. Bake at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
