Cooking
Potato peel, finely chop and boil in salted water with the cloves of garlic. When the potato is ready, drain the water, add milk, butter, eggs, and quickly mash together with garlic.
In a skillet melt the butter. Put the chopped clove of garlic and rosemary. Fry for 3-4 minutes.
Remove the garlic and place the peeled and sliced mushrooms (not pieces). Add pepper and soy sauce.
Starch diluted in broth or water and add to the mushrooms, once evaporated the excess liquid. Saute until thick.
The form of grease and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Spread 1/2 of mashed potatoes.
Then half mushrooms, then again puree and mushrooms. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
Put in the oven at 200*C for 15-20 minutes - until the cheese is melted.
