Lentils with mushrooms
I want to offer the option of a hearty dinner. Prepared fairly quickly and easily, and most importantly delicious!

Ingredients

  • Lentils

    1 cup

  • Water

    2 cup

  • Mushrooms

    300 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Butter

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Wash well the lentils and cook according to the instructions on the package. Lentils fill with boiling water, bring to a boil, cover with a lid and tormented on low heat. Add salt to taste and add butter.

While the lentil is cooking, prepare the mushrooms. Cut the mushrooms and fry them with vegetable oil until you evaporate any excess liquid.

Chop the onion and passeruem together with mushrooms.

Add carrots and a little put out. 10 minutes before the end of cooking lentils, mix it with mushrooms. Mix well and tormented under the lid. 30 minutes and dinner is ready.
