Cooking
To prepare the filling for vegetable roll-UPS I used round grain rice of TM "Mistral".
Wash rice, cover with water, add orange juice, zest and sugar, cook until tender.
I used brown sugar TM "Mistral".
With dates remove seeds. Nuts and dates are finely chopped.
Mix rice, crushed dates and nuts. The stuffing is ready.
To connect the water with vegetable oil, salt and gradually adding flour, knead the dough. Cover with wet towel and leave for 15 minutes. The dough was soft, and very pleasant to work with.
Cut the dough into 7 equal parts.
Each piece of dough to roll into a very thin layer and on the edge put the stuffing.
To collapse the envelope, folding and bending the edges of the dough.

Envelopes spread on a baking sheet in water to dissolve the sugar and top each envelope to lubricate the sweet waters. Bake at 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
