Burgers with a taste of cabbage
Very tasty, juicy, tender cutlets of vegetables, rice and ground beef I made for dinner tonight.

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    300 g

  • Cabbage

    150 g

  • Figure

    0.5 cup

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Spices

  • Vegetable oil

  • Flour

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

Cooking

Cabbage cut into small pieces, pour boiling water for 10 minutes, washed rice and fill with boiling water.

Fry in vegetable oil carrots, grated on a coarse grater, and chopped onion.

Squeeze the cabbage with rice, drain water, mix with mince, salt, pepper, add spices which you like and mix.

Cooked ground beef put in a pot with carrots and onions, simmer 10 minutes. The mixture should be thickish. Cool.

In chilled mass add the egg, flour, mix well.

Wet hands to form cutlets, roll in flour or breadcrumbs and fry in vegetable oil.
