This dessert really is just delicious three-layer delight: tender roasted cream of sour milk, a layer of tart cherries and cranberries and a sweet crunchy top!

  • Sourdough

  • Vanilla

    2 Tbsp

  • Flour

First prepare fermented baked milk. This milk bring to a boil and cooled to 35-40 degrees. For sour milk milk is best taken melted. Add a starter from the "OURSSON" for sour milk, and stir up thoroughly to avoid lumps. Leave for fermentation for 10-12 hours in a warm place. I was cooking in a thermos-maker from the "OURSSON". Then fermented baked milk should be frozen. I froze in the same Cup in which the yogurt was prepared.

Put the frozen yogurt in the colander on the cheesecloth and leave it out to thaw at room temperature. Fermented baked milk thawed and all excess liquid is removed.

Put the thick cream, which turned out sour milk in a bowl, add to it eggs, vanilla, starch and lemon zest. Carefully whisk.

Spread the cream in the form. I made two forms with a diameter of 12 cm. on Top lay the washed and drained berries.

The last layer of streusel. The sifted flour is triturated with sugar and chilled butter into crumbs. Sprinkle this crumb dessert. Put in a preheated 160 C oven bake for an hour. The dessert will rise strongly, then drops off.
