Tobymac is the national dish of Tatar cuisine, this large, lush, delicious sweet pancakes. In the spring our body is in dire need of vitamins, so bake tobymac with fresh berries.

Cooking
To prepare the necessary ingredients.
Pour in the yogurt, semolina, salt and sugar, mix well.
Heat on low heat until warm.
Add the eggs, add the flour, mix well. To leave on the table for 30 minutes.
To 1 tbsp. of warm boiled water, add soda, pour into batter, mix well.
Add to the mixture fresh berries, mix well.
Bake in a hot dry pan. Pour 1 ladle, and then spread throughout the pan.
Liberally lubricate the melted butter hot tabakman (about 1 tbsp).
Garnish with fresh berries and strawberries. To serve tea with honey.
