Baklava
Another version of baklava, just with a layer of hazelnut sherbet

Ingredients

  • Flour

    5 cup

  • Margarine

    2 pack

  • Milk

    1 cup

  • Candy

    700 g

  • Sugar

    4 Tbsp

  • Yeast

    1 tsp

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

Grate the hazelnut sherbet, it is better to take soft (easily rubs)

In warm milk add the yeast, stir well

RUB the margarine with flour

To flour mixture add the milk with yeast and knead the dough. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour

After an hour divide the dough into 5 equal parts. Roll each in size over the meat.

Grease the baking sheet with oil and lay a baking paper. I had a standard baking tray, which comes complete with a gas stove. Carefully put on paper the first layer of dough. Sprinkle grated juice and sugar (1 tbsp). Alternate each layer: the dough-filling-dough.

When all the layers are ready, cut the cake into diamonds. In the center of each diamond push nut can be a peanut or walnut. Grease top with egg yolk. Put the baklava in a preheated 180 degree oven until tender. I bake at 200 degrees for about 40-50 min. Time depends on your oven, but I am guided by the color of the baklava.
