Shrimp in a pancake vest
Unusual, tasty egg-buckwheat pancakes with shrimp is perfect for Breakfast or on the holiday table as snacks.

Ingredients

  • Greens

  • Lemon juice

    1 tsp

  • Shrimp

    300 g

  • Vegetable oil

  • Buckwheat

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Milk

    2 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Soy sauce

    1 tsp

  • Water

Peel shrimps, buckwheat boil until tender.

In this recipe I used buckwheat company Mistral.

Shrimp and greens finely chop and mix, add the lemon juice and soy sauce, leave to marinate.

While the shrimp marinated, I make pancakes. To do this, the eggs are mixed with milk (beat is not necessary, just stir well), add salt.

In a cold pan with a diameter of ~20 cm, greased with vegetable oil, pour half of the eggs with the milk.

With the help of a spoon to spread the buckwheat strips. Fry the pancake with the lid closed on medium heat for 1 minute on one side only.
