Strudel with broccoli and cauliflower

Ingredients

  • The dough is flaky unleavened

    0.5 pack

  • Broccoli

    350 g

  • Cauliflower

    350 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Cheese curd

    100 g

  • Salt

  • Water

  • Sesame

  • Cream

    100 ml

  • Blue cheese

    50 g

Cabbage disassemble on inflorescences and boil 20 minutes in well-salted water. Drain the water, cabbage 2/3 to postpone the rest to blend it in mashed potatoes add cream cheese and mix well.

To wash eggs, separate yolks from whites, yolks stir in cabbage puree, beat the whites until stable peaks.

Roll to pass on to the baking tray covered with baking paper - this will require patience, attention and VERY careful of the action :-D Grease with a yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds/grain mixture.
