Description
Cheese with chocolate and strategem. Buns with sprinkles! We used to call them, I always asked mom to buy me them in the bakery :) As it turned out, and in that time, I was fascinated by baking, the word "grit" is an interesting name - "streusel"! About the same recipe is already on the website, but I decided to show my version of the filling and moulding!

Cooking
In warm milk add yeast, sugar. Leave for 15 min.
Add the egg, salt, melted butter. Add the sifted flour. Knead soft, dont stick to hands dough. Cover and leave in a warm place until the dough has doubled in size. Divide the dough into 10 equal parts, roll into balls. Did these photos, cooked soup and it was forgotten, but I think everything is clear :)
Prepare the stuffing. Pineapples cut. Same with peaches, I canned. Chocolate and cheese three on a grater.
Chocolate, about 60 grams.
Cheese - also about 60 grams (I used something between melted cheese and butter)
And so forming No. 1. With peach. The formed pellet.
With a knife make 3 slits.
Put in the middle of peach and semipaved upper petal.
Forming No. 2. With cheese and chocolate. Form a rectangle.
Put cheese and chocolate in the middle. And semipaved the dough over the filling. Drove a little sausage with your palms to make it smooth.
Forming No. 3 to pineapple. The formed pellet. Make 4 incisions.
In the middle put the filling.
And semipaved first one side.
Grease our muffin with egg and sprinkle with crumbs. Cover with a towel and leave for 30 minutes.
Bake at 180-200 degrees for 20-30 minutes or until Golden brown. Enjoy your tea!
For his little helpers made a turtle :) that's it!
