Cooking
Sift in a bowl about 1.5 cups of flour.
Add warm water (the original recipe serves water to mix with baking soda), vegetable oil, knead the dough until the consistency of thick cream, adding, if you need more flour.
Add sugar, jam (I currant).
Sift cocoa (2 tablespoons no slides).
Add lemon (chopped in blender or scrolled in a meat grinder).
Add the raisins and nuts. Mix thoroughly.
Cover the baking dish with parchment paper or grease with vegetable oil. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 deg. about 40-50 minutes until dry toothpick.
