Chicken breast with eggplant
Easy to prepare and hearty dish.

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast

    600 g

  • Eggplant

    4 piece

  • Tomato

    5 piece

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Sesame

    1 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Greens

    2 coup

  • Black pepper

    0.01 tsp

  • Salt

Chicken breast cut and marinated in soy sauce for 1-2 hours

Eggplant cut into cubes, salt and leave for 30 minutes, went to the bitterness. Then rinse them .
