Protein salad with cucumbers
Energy, a balanced composition and taste great! And you can cook very simply and quickly, in just 5 minutes.

Ingredients

  • Beans

    200 g

  • Tuna

    0.5 can

  • Pickled cucumber

    3 piece

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Onion

    0.5 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Lemon juice

Cooking

Cooking time is given without cooking the beans. Their beans I soaked overnight, then cooked for about 40 minutes. You can use any variety of beans. Drain in a sieve to drain excess liquid.
