Cupcake with dill and zucchini
Another cupcake with zucchini (or zucchini), cheese and dill. Delicious savory pastries. The cake turns out dry.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    1.5 cup

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Yogurt

    4 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Butter

    2 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    7 g

  • Zucchini

    250 g

  • Dill

    1 coup

Beat the egg, yogurt and olive oil.

Add flour mixed with salt and baking powder. Mix everything carefully. Get a very thick batter. Three grated cheese and zucchini, dill finely chop. All add to the dough and mix thoroughly.

Form of grease with butter. Spread the dough and put in a preheated 180*C oven. Bake until ready.
