Crepes
I congratulate all with the beginning of carnival! I wanted to please the family fancy pancakes, and in the journal "The" found a suitable recipe, the result of some modification which turned out delicious creamy savoury pancakes under the gentle orange sauce. Try. You will not regret!

Ingredients

  • Orange

  • Flour

    1.5 cup

  • Cream

    1.5 cup

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Sugar

    200 g

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Liqueur

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

The yolks separated from the whites. Yolks, sifted flour, salt and sugar (100g) miscible. Gradually pour in the cream and stir until smooth.

Separately whisk the whites. Gently introduce them to the dough.

Bake pancakes on both sides in the pan of a small size. Turn their corners and put on a separate plate.

Prepare sauce: Orange peel, cut, removing the bones, and along with the peel (without the white veins) grind in a blender.

In the pan heat slightly and boil butter and sugar (until the sugar start to get caramelized).

Add orange mass (in the original recipe - 150 ml fresh orange juice, but I wanted to get more thick sauce), 1 tbsp flour and a little proverjaem (approximately 1-2 minutes until light thick). Add the cognac (in the original recipe - 4 tbsp orange liqueur), stir and after 2 seconds turn off.

Put hot sauce on pancakes and enjoy! Orange scent and creamy taste of air pancakes will not leave anyone indifferent. Bon appetit!
