Description
Often after the holidays are whole or sliced pineapples (guests bring, and do for table decorations buy), but because of the abundance of fruit and snacks remain unclaimed! Offering to give the pineapple a second life... or just open a jar of canned, like I did. The amount of sugar adjust themselves.

Cooking
Fresh pineapple peel and divide into rings. Canned just take out jars and allow to drain.
You can leave the middle not filled in, but I decided to experiment...
And put in a ring to date, cutting off little tips.
Dip each workpiece in the coating No. 1, i.e. into the flour.
Whisk egg with brown sugar Mistral and move out of the flour ring. Dunks from both sides.
Prepare in a separate bowl breaded No. 2, mix in half the crushed nuts of any flour.
Transfer the ring from the egg here.
Also carefully roll on both sides and even the edges!
Heat the oil, can be butter, but I was roasting in vegetable. Ring fry on both sides until desired brown colour. Continue to fry the rest of the ring.
Transfer from the pan on paper towel and cool at the same time.
Served or family for tea.
Not worse than the cake turns out)))
