Cooking
Beat the yolks with sugar and vanilla.
Add 150 g of softened butter, sour cream, whisking.
Curd grind through a sieve or grinder.
Into the beaten yolk-butter mixture add the flour, grated cheese and baking powder, mix well. Orange peel and white films, cut into cubes and add to the dough. Mix well.
Whip whites into a thick foam.
Add the whipped whites into the batter and gently stir with a spoon from top to bottom. Put the dough in a greased and sprinkled with breadcrumbs form and put in heated oven.
Bake at 180 degrees for 1 hour 40 minutes (or a little more depending on the oven). Cool cake in the baking pan. During baking the oven door is not open! If after cooling the cake will settle a little, nothing terrible, the taste is not affected!
For the frosting I took the strawberry jam and chocolate with nuts and raisins. You can take to your taste.
Make the glaze: melt 50 g butter and jam.
Add broken chocolate, heat until dissolved. Coat the cake.
You can decorate a cake, any pastry topping, I sprinkled the glazed seeds.
Heat a tea or coffee and a treat! Bon appetit!
