Description
Very interesting, economical cake of bread with apples, nuts and raisins. Not too sweet, soft and fragrant. The recipe for this dish was posted on the website in 2008 by user aldashka called "egg Cake and brandy from stale bread" and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring".

Cooking
Soak bread in milk and raisins in cognac.
Soaked bread (the milk is not drained), soft butter, vanilla, sugar, yolks and flour in a blender (the chopper) until smooth. Add the squeezed from cognac raisins, chopped apples and nuts.
Separately vzbit proteins in the foam and connect with the prepared dough, stir gently with a spoon from top to bottom.
Put the dough in the form oiled and sprinkled with breadcrumbs.
Bake at 180 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
The finished cake to turn on a dish.
Cover with frosting and sprinkle with colored sprinkles. For the glaze - melt 100g of chocolate and 50g of butter, bring to boil and remove from heat.
